Each doctor / hospital is assigned their own account executive. The executive is familiar with your requirements. He is the one point contact for your team members.

Weekly Reports Submitted:
Regular reporting enables clients to closely monitor performance and provide feedback to improve the processes

No Recorded Voice prompts:
All calls are answered personally and courteously. When a physician office or patient calls they speak directly with an account representative.  It is our priority to maintain patient privacy and support.

Front office and Back office assistance:
Our trained staff can help you set up and maintain the back office and front office systems so they can focus on the patients.

24 Hour Claim Processing:
When claims are received in our office, they are processed within 24 hours.  We submit your receivables via electronic billing application, that is more efficient easy to trace and super fast.

Electronic Claims Submissions:
Acroseas daily submits your claims electronically to Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS and all commercial carriers. Once we receive your data, our account representative checks for errors, makes corrections if necessary, and submits the claims.

Claims Follow-up:
We aggressively and courteously follow-up on all claims. In addition to your personal account executive that deals with carriers and patients, Acroseas has follow-up specialists that assist in calling patients to deal with outstanding balances.
At Acroseas we realize there are expenses in your back office and we want to reduce those costs. We can also help by offering you our Practice Management Software. There are no software purchases necessary or costly monthly fees.
