How fast can you get us started?
It can take us as little as one to two weeks depending on the volume you are looking to outsource.

How would I get back my reports?
We can either send you the reports back via a secure login to our PACS using our VPN, or we can upload them directly onto your HIS if available.

Do I need to sign a contract with you and is there any commitment required?
Yes, you will need to sign a contract with us for outsourcing your radiology process. However, there is no minimum commitment required from your end. Our contract would detail the conditions for cancelling the contract with a short notice period.

Can you handle STAT cases and what is the turnaround time (TAT) for STAT cases?
Yes, we can handle STAT cases with a turnaround time of approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
